whats the difference between a protected and unprotected no claims bonus? A protected no Claims bonus means that if you or third party makes a claim against the insured’s policy, the NCB earnt will stay intact.  If it is not protected the usual step back rules apply.  This means that someone with a no claims bonus of 5 years could revert back to 2 years if they do not have NCB protection.

Can I get a courtesy car in event of an accident? Yes, subject to terms and conditions a Courtesy Car is available.

Do you insure convicted drivers? We have specialist deals to insure those unfortunate enough to have accrued convictions and claims.

 

Do you insure young drivers and drivers who have just passed test ? Yes, again we have specialist deals to insure newly qualified drivers and young drivers.

Does my insurence quote include legal protection? Everyone has the option to purchase legal expenses cover as part of their insurence policy.

 

How much does breakdown cover cost and what does it cover? We offer 2 breakdown policies, 1 includes European Cover at £49.95, and without breakdown cover £39.95.  See attached the breakdown benefits.

 

Can I drive anyone elses car? Depending on the individuals circumstances, some policies do offer the Driving Other Cars extension.

 

How many cars can I insure under one policy? One car can be insured under 1 policy.  A fleet policy would be required for multiple vehicles on one policy.
